About this Blog

In one of my books, Wild Child, two teenagers discover a source of magical green water in a cave, water that contains some unknown substance that gives anyone who drinks it superhuman capabilities.

To me, the green water represents the infinite pool of creative energy that lies within each of us.

I've written a number of novels drawing on this source that I would like to share with you.

Most of my books are thrillers, though they push the envelope of that genre.  I define “thriller” as a story in which the hero or heroes faces mortal danger.  I suppose I’m a romantic at heart, because all of my books also contain a strong romantic subplot.  The romance is often first love, as the heroes in many of my books are relatively young.

Some of my books—the Wild Child series, The Mysterious Disappearance of Kurt Kramer, and Baby Talk—also contain a paranormal element.  These might be considered Young Adult books, too, since the heroes in these stories are in their teens.  Yet people of all ages love these books.  I’ve also written a coming-of-age thriller, The Wrong Side of the Tracks.

The only thriller I would classify as purely adult would be Lust, Money & Murder, but I try to stay away from too much graphic sex or violence in my books.  I’ve always had a “less is more” philosophy—I believe the reader’s imagination is far more graphic than anything that I could write down in words!

In addition to all the thrillers, I have written one pure romance novel, Secrets of the Elusive Lover, which is based on a true story.

Samples of all these books can be read on this blog by clicking the Samples & Free Downloads button at the top of the page.  There are also some fun quizzes, many helpful articles for both aspiring and established authors, and Reader Interviews.
